🔪 Préparation

Faites ceci avant de commencer à cuisiner

  • Boil the chicken breast in chicken broth until fully cooked, then shred it.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Prepare a workstation for breading with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.

In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Gradually add the flour to the saucepan, stirring continuously to form a dough.
