Faites ceci avant de commencer à cuisiner

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt with spices and add chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Chop onion, garlic, and ginger finely

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes
