- Feed your sourdough starter 4-6 hours before you begin.
- Measure out the bread flour and salt.
- Prepare a clean bowl for mixing the dough.
📋 Instrucciones
In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter and water, stirring until well mixed.
Add the bread flour and salt to the mixture, and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 4-6 hours at room temperature.
After the dough has risen, gently deflate it and shape it into a round loaf.
Place the shaped loaf on a floured surface, cover it, and let it rest for another 1-2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F) with a Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven, place the dough inside, and cover with the lid.
Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
