- Prepare the icing by mixing icing sugar, cocoa powder, and milk in a bowl

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
Let the cake cool completely before cutting it into squares
Dip each square into the icing, allowing excess to drip off
Roll each iced square in desiccated coconut until fully coated
Place on a wire rack to set before serving
