Tabbouleh is a refreshing Middle Eastern salad made primarily of parsley, tomatoes, and bulgur, perfect for a light meal or side dish.

Bulgur wheat100 g

Fresh parsley1 bunch
Tomatoes2 medium
Cucumber1 medium
Red onion1 small
Fresh mint leaves1 bunch

Lemon juice60 ml

🫒 Olier & fedtstoffer

Gør dette før du begynder at lave mad

  • Soak bulgur wheat in hot water for about 30 minutes until softened.
  • Finely chop the parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
