Green onions2 unit
Cabbage100 g

Finely chop the green onions and cabbage

Grate the ginger and garlic

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, cabbage, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper

Mix the filling thoroughly until well combined

Take a dumpling wrapper and place a small spoonful of filling in the center

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half and pinch to seal

Repeat until all filling is used

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the dumplings

Alternatively, heat a pan with a little oil and fry the dumplings until golden brown, then add a splash of water and cover to steam for 5 minutes
