📋 Instructions
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them.
Finely chop the onion.
Heat oil in a pan and prepare the filling.
In a bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and add water to make a dough.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Stir in the mashed potatoes, green peas, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Cook for a few minutes until well combined and remove from heat.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a circle.
Cut the circle in half to make two semi-circles.
Take one semi-circle and form a cone by folding and sealing the edge with water.
Fill the cone with the vegetable mixture and seal the top edge to close the samosa.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
