Do this before you start cooking
- Clean and cut the crab into pieces.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Slice the spring onions and chop the coriander.
๐ Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sautรฉ until fragrant.
Stir in the chili paste and cook for another minute.
Add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water, and bring to a simmer.
Add the crab pieces, cover, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until the crab is cooked through.
Mix the cornstarch with a little water and add it to the sauce to thicken.
Garnish with spring onions and coriander before serving.
