
Brazilian Beijinho Coconut Truffles
Beijinho is a traditional Brazilian sweet made with coconut and condensed milk, rolled into delightful little truffles. These treats are perfect for parties or as a special homemade gift.

Do this before you start cooking
- Prepare a plate lined with parchment paper for the truffles.
- Measure out the desiccated coconut and chocolate sprinkles.
๐ Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Once cool enough to handle, grease your hands with a little butter and scoop out small portions of the mixture.
Roll each portion into a ball and then roll in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
Place each truffle on the prepared plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
