Do this before you start cooking
- Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- Crumble the feta cheese.
- Chop the fresh parsley for garnish.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another minute.
Pour in the canned tomatoes and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well.
Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are set to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.
