Do this before you start cooking

  • Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
  • Mince the garlic cloves.
  • Crumble the feta cheese.
  • Chop the fresh parsley for garnish.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
