📋 Instructions
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat
Slice the tomatoes in half
Clean and slice the mushrooms
Prepare the baked beans in a small saucepan
Add sausages to the frying pan and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
Add bacon to the pan and cook alongside the sausages until crispy.
In a separate pan, heat baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
Add mushrooms to the frying pan and cook until golden brown.
In the same pan, add the halved tomatoes, cut side down, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
Push the sausages, bacon, and vegetables to the side of the pan and crack the eggs into the pan, cooking to your preference.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread in a toaster or under the grill.
Add black pudding to the frying pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve everything on a plate with baked beans on the side, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
