Do this before you start cooking
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper
- Measure out all ingredients
📋 Instructions
In a saucepan, combine milk, vegetable oil, and salt, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, remove from heat and add tapioca flour, mixing well until fully incorporated.
Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition.
Fold in the grated cheese until evenly distributed.
Using your hands, form small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
