Do this before you start cooking
- Soak flat rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.
- Chop the garlic and green onions.
- Slice the Chinese sausage.
- Prepare the chili paste, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
๐ Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over high heat.
Add garlic and sautรฉ for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced Chinese sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Push the ingredients to one side of the wok and crack the eggs into the empty space.
Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix everything together.
Add the soaked flat rice noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste.
Stir-fry everything together for about 3-5 minutes until heated through.
Add bean sprouts and green onions, and toss for another minute.
Serve hot on plates.
