Do this before you start cooking

  • Slice the chicken breast into strips.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  • Chop the parsley for garnish.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the chopped onion and garlic, and sautรฉ until translucent.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.

Return the chicken to the pan and stir to combine.

Pour in the tomato sauce and mix well.

Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream, stirring until heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley over rice.
