Do this before you start cooking
- Chop the onion and green onion.
- Dice the carrots into small pieces.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
๐ Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and diced carrots, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling them until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, green peas, and soy sauce to the pan, mixing everything together well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
