Butter50 g

๐ช Preparation
Do this before you start cooking
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Finely chop the chives.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
- Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.

Mix the grated potatoes with the flour mixture.

Stir in the milk and egg mixture until just combined.

Fold in the chopped chives.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little melted butter.

Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
