Do this before you start cooking
- Chop the carrots, celery, and onion into small pieces.
- Minced the garlic.
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Measure out the egg noodles.
๐ Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery, and sautรฉ until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add the egg noodles to the pot and reduce the heat to a simmer.
Cook until the noodles are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in chopped parsley just before serving.
