Preheat oven to 180°C
Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper
Measure out the tapioca flour into a mixing bowl
In a small saucepan, combine milk and vegetable oil, and heat until warm but not boiling.
Pour the warm milk mixture over the tapioca flour and stir until combined.
Add the eggs to the mixture and mix until smooth.
Fold in the grated cheese and salt until fully incorporated.
Use your hands to shape small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
