Preheat oven to 180°C

Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper

Measure out the tapioca flour into a mixing bowl

In a small saucepan, combine milk and vegetable oil, and heat until warm but not boiling.

Pour the warm milk mixture over the tapioca flour and stir until combined.
