📋 Instructions
Grease a plate with butter
Measure out all ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for about 15 minutes.
Once cooled, grease your hands with butter and scoop a small amount of the mixture.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
Roll the truffles in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
Place the brigadeiros on the greased plate and let them set for about 30 minutes before serving.
