📋 Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C

Finely chop the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic

Grate the Parmesan cheese

Prepare the lasagna sheets according to package instructions if necessary

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat

Add chopped onion, carrot, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes

Add ground beef and ground pork to the pan; cook until browned

Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine, salt, and pepper; simmer for 30 minutes

In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat

Add flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes to create a roux

Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps

Cook until the sauce thickens, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg

Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish
