Boil water for soft-boiling eggs
Prepare a bowl of ice water for cooling eggs
Toast the bread slices
Spread butter on toasted bread
Spread kaya on buttered bread
Once the water is boiling, gently add the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes.
After cooking, transfer the eggs to the bowl of ice water to cool for a few minutes.
Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.
