Do this before you start cooking

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
  • Finely chop the cabbage and scallions.
  • Boil water in a large pot for the potatoes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Instructions

Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

In a separate pot, add the chopped cabbage to boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.

Add butter and milk to the drained potatoes, then mash until smooth.

Stir in the cooked cabbage and chopped scallions.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix well.
