Butter50 g

📋 Instructions

Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and salt for at least 1 hour.

Chop fresh cilantro for garnish.

Prepare the ingredients and spices.

Heat vegetable oil and 25g of butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining butter and tomato puree.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cream and stir until well combined.

Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
