Do this before you start cooking
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Measure flour and salt into a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare a clean surface for kneading.
๐ Instructions
Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Mix until combined, then transfer the dough to a floured surface.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 220ยฐC (428ยฐF).
Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions.
Roll out each portion into your desired pizza shape and thickness.
