📋 Instructions
Finely chop the garlic and chili.
Wash and pat dry the Thai basil leaves.
Prepare cooked rice if not already done.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chopped garlic and chili, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground chicken to the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, mixing well.
Add the Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted, about 1 minute.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
