Milk100 ml
Grated cheese (e.g., Minas cheese or Parmesan)150 g

Water50 ml

🥚 Eggs

Egg1 unit

Olive oil50 ml

🌶️ Spices & Herbs

Salt1 teaspoon

🔪 Preparation

Do this before you start cooking

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • In a small pot, combine milk, water, and olive oil and heat until warm
  • Grate the cheese if not pre-grated
  • Grease a baking tray

In a large bowl, combine the tapioca flour and salt

Pour the warm milk mixture into the bowl and stir until well combined

Add the egg and mix until smooth

Fold in the grated cheese until evenly distributed

Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball

Place the cheese balls on the greased baking tray, leaving space between them

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving
