Do this before you start cooking
- Preheat oven to 175ยฐC
- Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl
- In another bowl, melt the butter

In the melted butter bowl, mix in the sugar until well combined
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and stir until smooth
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently
Fold in the mashed bananas until just combined
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
