Do this before you start cooking
- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC
- Peel and chop the carrots
- Grease a cake pan with butter
- Gather all the ingredients on the countertop

Blend the chopped carrots, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together.
Combine the blended carrot mixture with the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
