Do this before you start cooking
- Preheat oven to 120ยฐC (250ยฐF)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a clean bowl, ensure no grease is present for egg whites
- Wash and dry the berries
๐ Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
Gently fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract until just combined.
Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle with a slight dip in the center.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Once the pavlova is cooled, top it with whipped cream and arrange the mixed berries on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
