Do this before you start cooking

  • Wash and dry all vegetables.
  • Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice red onion thinly.
  • Crumble feta cheese into small pieces.
  • Measure out olives, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
