Do this before you start cooking
- Wash and dry all vegetables.
- Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice red onion thinly.
- Crumble feta cheese into small pieces.
- Measure out olives, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
