Do this before you start cooking
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop the onion finely.
- Chop cilantro for garnish.

Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until golden brown.

Stir in the marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Pour in the tomato puree and mix well.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Adjust seasoning if necessary and stir in more butter for creaminess.

Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
