📋 Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C

Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks

Finely chop the onions and carrots

Mince the garlic

Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add onions, carrots, and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes

Add ground lamb to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon

Stir in peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper

Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened

Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them with butter and milk until smooth

Spread the meat mixture in the prepared baking dish

Top with the mashed potatoes, smoothing them out with a spatula
