Do this before you start cooking
- Finely chop the green onions, garlic, and ginger.
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the filling until well combined.
- Prepare a small bowl of water for sealing the dumplings.
๐ Instructions
Take a dumpling wrapper and place a small spoonful of the pork filling in the center.
Wet the edges of the dumpling wrapper with water.
Fold the wrapper in half to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.
Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the dumplings.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they float to the top.
Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
